The Process
1. Initial Assessment We inspect the pump on-site or in our workshop to identify visible damage, performance issues, or abnormal noise/vibration.
2. Disassembly & Cleaning The pump is carefully dismantled. All components are cleaned to remove debris, corrosion, or buildup that may obscure faults.
3. Detailed Inspection We measure wear on critical parts—impellers, shafts, bearings, seals—and check for cracks, misalignment, or cavitation damage.
4. Diagnosis & Reporting A full diagnostic report is prepared, outlining the root cause of failure and recommended repairs or replacements.
5. Repair or Replacement Worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced using OEM or high-quality aftermarket components. Precision machining is applied where needed.
6. Reassembly & Testing The pump is reassembled with new seals and gaskets. It undergoes rigorous testing for pressure, flow rate, and vibration to ensure reliability.
7. Final Quality Check & Delivery After passing all performance checks, the pump is painted (if required), documented, and returned to the client—ready for service.
